www.autentich.com is the e-commerce of Autentich Srl  and the products purchased on authentich.com are sold directly by Autentich Srl, Località Mattone n.2 / B - Manta 12030 CN - Tel .: 0175 85256 - PI and CF: 02501880047. The prices indicated are in Euros and are normally inclusive of VAT . The same Total shown in the Cart is summarized in the order form that the Customer must confirm for the conclusion of the contract. authich.com is structured to sell its products on the Italian territory and deliveries are not made outside the Italian borders. However, Customer Service can be contacted by email at authich.srl@gmail.com  in case you want to buy or need delivery outside Italy for a free quote.

2 - Purchase procedure

To conclude the purchase contract on authenticich.com it is necessary to fill in the electronic order form. The contract is concluded when Autentich Srl  receives the order form correctly completed and the relative payment. With the electronic transmission of the order form, the buyer undertakes to observe all the General Conditions of Sale on this page. The online sales contract between the Customer and the Supplier is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. If the user does not agree with some of the terms set out in the General Conditions of Sale, please do not forward the order and contact the Autentich Srl staff for any clarification.

4 - Changes to the order

Any changes to the orders placed are guaranteed until the shipment of the purchased items. The billing data entered during the order can only be changed until the invoice is issued.

5 - Shipping and deliveries

To start the shipping procedure, Autentich Srl requires availability to receive the supply: if the availability date is not respected, any storage and / or redelivery costs will be charged to the customer. The delivery of the products is initiated only when the order has been paid and carried out by affiliated couriers. The Standard Shipping service is intended with delivery to the street level. Packages travel with Poste Italiane courier; to find out the status of each shipment, just go to http://www.poste.it/online/dovequando/home.do and enter the tracking number received via email.

6 - Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system. Autentich Srl  checks the shipping address entered and informs the Customer of any surcharges for Special Locations: in this case, the Customer has the right not to confirm the Order and may request an immediate refund of the order.

7 - Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the products: maximum 8/10 days from receipt of the order. The times described above are to be taken as indicative and not binding; in any case Autentich Srl  constantly works in order to respect the punctuality of the times indicated, even trying to anticipate them if possible. Finally, we specify that the deliveries scheduled in the periods preceding the Christmas holidays or the summer holidays could suffer substantial delays connected to the contingency of the period; in these cases it is better to contact Customer Service to find out if the material will be delivered within the required time frame.

8 - Possible non-availability

Autentich Srl  works daily to keep its online catalog updated. Due to the large number of articles and collections it offers, it can rarely happen that a certain option is no longer available. In similar cases Autentich Srl   promptly notifies the Customer who can decide whether to make changes to the order or request a refund of the amount paid. In the case of supplies consisting of several products, any non-availability of an item is a prerequisite for reimbursement of the amount paid for the portion relating to the unavailable item; obviously, any complementarity between the individual articles is considered on a case-by-case basis.

9 - Limits of use

Autentich Srl staff  constantly works to update the information presented. At the same time, the enormous amount of content developed makes it possible for any inaccuracies to exist. It is our daily responsibility to work for ever greater precision and depth, but it is also the customer's responsibility to make sure of the veracity of the details that are deemed essential for their satisfaction and necessary to proceed with the purchase.

10 - Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, the Customer (if he qualifies as a "consumer" pursuant to article 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185) has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the ordered Products, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 (ten) days from receipt of the Products. This right can only be exercised by consumers, therefore all purchases made for purposes not unrelated to business or professional activity, i.e. where a VAT number reference is entered in the appropriate order form, do not enjoy this right as the well it is used as a work tool. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter to Autentich Srl, within 7 working days from receipt of the Products. The above communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram or fax to Autentich Srl at 0175 85256 as long as confirmed by registered letter within 48 (forty-eight) hours after sending the telegram or fax. All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by Customer Service 0175 85256. This authorization will be sent only and exclusively in electronic format to the customer via email to the address indicated at the time of registration. Autentich Srl will not be responsible for non-receipt of e-mails in the event of incorrect or non-functioning addresses. The Customer may return the Product to the following address: Autentich Srl Location Mattone n.2 / B - Manta 12030 CN. Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted. Packages will not be accepted without authorization. The return must be made no later than 10 days from the authorization, otherwise the return will be refused. Once the Products have been received (and their integrity verified) Autentich Srl will, as soon as possible, credit the Customer with the cost of the returned Products (as indicated in the order confirmation or invoice), withholding, where necessary, the amount of shipping costs, plus the remaining management costs definitively charged to the Customer.

11 - Any problems after delivery

In the interest of the Customer, if any type of problem should arise regarding the products supplied, the Customer Service will work for the correct attribution of responsibility to the various actors in the supply chain that leads from the production of the goods in the factory to the actual use of the goods by the consumer. These "actors" are: the producer of the goods, biscotticavanna.com as the seller, the transporter appointed by Autentich Srl (and for which Andrea Cavanna is responsible, if necessary, by taking action against the insurance for transport damage), and the Customer himself who receives the supply. Please contact Customer Service immediately by mail or telephone for a general description of the problem. Then Autentich Srl you may request photographic material to have a clearer view of the extent of the damage and official documentation of the incident. This procedure is used to confirm to Customer Service that any problems encountered were not caused by the Customer himself (or by persons delegated by him). Each procedure expressed herein serves to effectively protect our customers. Any replacement of defective or damaged parts during transport will require a variable time depending on the availability of the part or product to be replaced. The replacement procedure is initiated upon receipt of the photographic documentation produced by the customer, which must reach us in the immediate period following delivery. biscotticavanna.com however operates with the utmost speed in order to reduce waiting times. In the event of product replacement, it is the Customer's responsibility to properly pack the returned parts in their original packaging to avoid damage.
